In Bydgoszcz [BID-gosh], Poland, a tightrope walker balances gracefully above the River Brda as boats float below. The sculpture, Man Crossing the River, celebrates Poland’s 2004 entry into the European Union. Eleven years later, there is something else to celebrate at this crossroads of Eastern and Western Europe: iQor’s Central European CAR (Collect and Repair) depot, a sprawling facility that offers an unprecedented level of product support. At Bydgoszcz, customer care crosses functional borders to merge with product repair, creating a seamless new standard in aftermarket services.
